Please note that all of our report delivery turnaround plans are based on digital voice file dictation and Internet-based FTP report delivery.

Standard Report Delivery Plan:

This is our most economical “no extra charge” report delivery turnaround plan whereby digital voice files received from our clients by 10:00 AM are processed and reports delivered by 10:00 AM the next business day.  Voice files received after 10:00 AM are processed and transcribed the following business day.  For example, voice files received on a Monday before 10:00 AM will be processed and transcribed on Monday and reports will be delivered no later than 10:00 AM on Tuesday.  Voice files received on Monday after 10:00 AM will be processed and transcribed on Tuesday and reports delivered no later than 10:00 AM on Wednesday.

24-Hour Turnaround Report Delivery Plan:

This plan is especially appropriate for physicians who prefer to do their dictations at the end of the business day (or late at night) and want their reports delivered before the end of the following business day.  Specifically, this plan offers a 24-hour turnaround time guarantee and as such, this plan often requires our transcriptionists, proofreaders, and technicians to work outside of our normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and accordingly, this plan is subject to a surcharge of 7.2˘ per line.

Guaranteed “First-Thing-In-The Morning” Report Delivery Plan:

This plan is appropriate for clients who routinely send voice files to us at multiple times throughout the day and absolutely, positively need their reports delivered to them before 5:00 PM the same day (for voice files received before 10:00 AM), or no later than 10:00 AM the next morning (for voice files received between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.  Sort of like the “Fed-Ex” of medical transcription report delivery.  Please note that this plan is exceptionally demanding on our staff and routinely requires our transcriptionists, proofreaders, and technicians to work overtime and outside of normal business hours, and accordingly, this plan is subject to a surcharge of 10.2˘ per line.

Overnight Report Delivery Plan:

This plan is only recommended for clients who routinely send us voice files between 5:00 and 10:00 PM and absolutely require their transcribed reports to be delivered no later than 10:00 AM the next morning.  Before selecting this plan however, please reconsider as this plan is extremely expensive since our professional staff of transcriptionists, proofreaders, and technicians must routinely work outside of normal business hours on an overtime basis, and accordingly, this plan is subject to a surcharge of 20.6˘ per line and a minimum batch charge of 750 lines.

STAT (On Demand) Report Delivery Plan:

This plan is for clients who require their transcribed reports STAT (within 6 hours) anytime, day or night.  This is our most demanding plan of all and requires salaried members of our staff to be on call 24-7, and accordingly, this plan is offered only under annual contract and priced upon request.
